ABOUT TINA:
Tina Dunsford is a business, tax and healthcare attorney with more than 30 years of experience advising businesses, healthcare organizations, physicians and business owners on complex transactional, regulatory and strategic matters. Her practice combines extensive corporate and healthcare experience with an advanced background in taxation, allowing her to advise clients on both the legal and business implications of significant transactions and organizational decisions.

Tina counsels clients on business formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financing, business-owner arrangements and disputes, tax planning, business succession, and tax-exempt organizations. She also advises physicians, medical groups, hospitals, managed care organizations and other healthcare businesses on healthcare transactions, managed care contracting, reimbursement, regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, HIPAA, and operational matters.

Prior to returning to private practice, Tina served as general counsel to two managed care organizations and as division counsel to a national hospital system. That experience provides her with a practical understanding of the operational, financial and regulatory issues facing businesses and healthcare organizations and enables her to approach legal matters from both an attorney's and an executive's perspective.
